2. Portion control your chip intake. After all, what’s a burger without chips?

3. Follow up with an extended fast. 18-24 hours should give your body time to break this down & still create some ketones.

4. Remind yourself ‘this is a treat’. Enjoy it!

The rich juice my kitchen scraps produce nurture my babies to continue the cycle of life.
